As an option, you can begin your coaching with a 360 degree assessment. An individualized 360 degree assessment begins with trained behaviorist and emotional intelligence expert Jenny R Craig, LCSW, BCD interviewing a cross section of individuals in your life to uncover leadership and/or personal blind spots and unconscious sabotaging behaviors that are holding you back from taking a quantum leap into real success.
